| D Samson Industries Limited (DSI), established in the year 1962, is a leading
manufacturer and exporter of footwear and is the first shoe manufacturing plant in Sri
Lanka which has been certified for ISO 9001:2000. The company produce more than
60,000 pairs of footwear a day and has a workforce of approximately 1,000 employees. |

| DSI has two well maintained mixing plants for Natural Rubber Sheets and EVA sheets
having an annual capacity of 430,000 nos of rubber sheets and 480,000 nos of EVA sheets. |
